When can I redeem tickets for Dylan's Tour Package?
As soon as you book your Tour Package, you will have access to all of the tours and activities provided. For the Alcatraz tour, we can help you secure last minute tickets or help you reserve directly off the official website. Dylan’s will have to make a separate reservation and work with you directly to secure your Alcatraz tickets.
When do my tickets expire?
It expires on January 1st, 2023.
What is a typical Itinerary?
Day 1: Start your vacation with our Dylan’s Famous with Muir Woods $119 value. This tour gives you a great overview of the city, a chance to explore Muir Woods National Monument, and to sit bayside enjoying a picturesque lunch in Sausalito.
Day 2: Pick up your Rad Power E-bike from our bike shop in North Beach, take in all of the Golden Gate Bridge by “Biking the Bridge.” Continue on through Golden Gate Park and the Haight-Ashbury, take a picture in front of the Painted Ladies “The Full House” Houses. $85 value
Finish off your day with the Official Alcatraz Tour. $41 extra cost

Where is the meeting/departing point for the Dylan’s Famous Tour with Muir Woods?
It will be in Fisherman’s Wharf, more specifically 710 Beach Street, San Francisco.
Where do we meet for the Alcatraz Ferry?
We will meet at Pier 33, Embarcadero (please arrive 30 minutes before ferry departure).
Do I need to present documentation at tour departures points?
Yes! When you’re attending a tour operated by Dylan’s, we ask that you have proof of reservation. For Alcatraz, you will need to present a government official ID (driver’s license or passport).
Can I make changes/edits to my reservation?
Possibly. Please reach out by emailing your requests to info@dylanstours.com.
What are your cancellation and refund policies?
You can cancel the Dylan’s Touring Pass and get a full refund up until January 2023. Once you have booked and reserved a tour/bike rental, there is a 24-hour cancellation policy. All tours cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will receive a 50% refund.
Can I transfer my ticket to friends and family if I don’t use it myself?
Yes.

When can we pick up our E-Bike Rental?
Once your booking is complete, a link is sent to your email to reserve your bike rental. Please present the confirmation email for proof. Your confirmation email will also have the location to pick up and drop off your bike rental. (Shop hours 9am-6pm). Please make sure you sign your waiver before showing up for your bike rental.
What is Sausalito and Muir Woods?
Sausalito is a unique and picturesque town, north of San Francisco, which is just across the Golden Gate Bridge.
Muir Woods is the Bay Area’s first National Monument that is famous for its towering coastal redwood trees that is located just a short ride from the city.
