The Lombard Leap is a 30 minute tour.

Where can I park for the beginning of the tour?

Our meeting location is conveniently located in the heart of North Beach at Dylan’s Tours Shop. We recommend parking at the nearby North Beach Garage.

What should I wear for this tour?

San Francisco’s weather can be unpredictable, so we recommend dressing in layers, including warmer clothes like pants and a jacket. Comfortable walking shoes are a must to fully enjoy the day’s adventures!

What is your cancellation policy?

We offer a 100% refund with at least 24 hours notice prior to departure time. If providing less than 24 hours notice before departure, we offer a 50% refund.

What happens if I book now and choose my date later but the tour is sold out when I try to book?

If your preferred date and time are unavailable when you go to book later, you’ll need to select a different available date. To get the best selection, we recommend choosing your date as soon as possible after purchasing your ticket.

Can I change my tour date or time after booking?

If you selected the “Book Now, Choose Your Date Later” option ($29): You can pick any available date when you’re ready, but once confirmed, changes depend on availability.
If you selected the “Reserve Your Exact Date & Time” option ($35): Your spot is guaranteed, but changes are subject to availability and may require contacting us directly.
